DAVID LAPORT . NETHERLANDS

Brand: David Laport
Graduate School: Royal Academy of Art, The Hague

David Laport's graduate collection is inspired by the moment of women's blown up skirt (which reminds me marilyn monroe). The discomfort of this awkward moment turns out to be a beautiful new shapes garment of his amazing collection. He also featured in the Lichting 2012 show.

MIRIAM DE WAARD . NETHERLANDS

Brands: Miriam de Waard
Graduate School: Royal Academy of Arts, The Hague

First thought of Miriam de Waard's dreamy delicate collection is the butterfly reinterpretation, the delicacy, fragility, layers of pleated see through materials, the whole collection is very cocoon like good. The gradient fabrics are much more shouting out like the wing of the butterfly. The mix of sheer, metallic, prints make the whole collection more rich and vibrant.

EEFJE WIJNINGS . NETHERLANDS

Graduate School: ArtEZ Institute of Arts

Grid system is the first thing that pop up in my mind when I saw Effje Wijnings's collection. The perfect contrast white and black place very carefully from head to toe. Her signature square 70s hat really set the tone of the collection. Different scale of the grid even made the look more interesting. Besides, when you look into the details of the look, each of the grid is treated in a different from, like the stocking is hand-painted-strokes grid, the cutout grid of the blazer, sequined grid skirt, and printed grid on the top which I found it quite amazing to look at.

PEET DULLAERT . NETHERLANDS

Where: Netherlands

Perfect cuts, perfect graphical prints, perfect volumes, the brand Peet Dullaert developed his signature collection with the perfect combination of all. Started from 2011, his collection is growing much more stronger and polished. In this season SS13, he used a lot of contrast graphical highlights with big jewels attached on the garment. And in this summer, Peet won the Frans Molenaar Award with his AW12 collection.
